About 0.2 miles east on Main Street from the intersection of Route 111 and Route 25 (Main Street). There is a white house that is #211 (Epenetus Smith Tavern) and a gravel drive beside the house.

TUESDAY Nov 6th Dance CANCELLED: We have not been able to get confirmation on the power and equipment situation at the lodge and many people were unable to attend due to concern about the gas situation. So our Tuesday dance has been cancelled. Please tell your friends.
We will have a costume party this evening. All people in costume will receive a special gift. Special treats this evening.
A beginner east coast swing lesson will be given at 7:30PM to get you on the floor. At 8PM our DJs will be playing some of their great swing dance tunes. A few ballroom dances will be in the mix as well.
The recently renovated Moose Lodge has a fabulous, HUGE 1000 square foot dance floor, freshly painted walls, new ceiling, new lighting & plenty of tables to relax and chat.
No partner is needed and beginners are always welcome.

We are having the New Vintage Swing Band performing for us this Saturday evening.
For an extra special treat, the NYC Shaggers are performing a piece choreographed by Tony Fraser and Jaime Shannon.

NYC master shaggers Tony Fraser and Jaime Shannon are some of the most sought after international shag teachers around the globe. They took took the North American shag community by storm in 2010 when after just six weeks weeks of partnering, (and only six weeks of Jaime doing any partner dancing at all) they placed a solid third in the prestigious Hot Rhythm Holiday’s shag division in Austin Texas. Five and a half months later they became international champions and they’ve worked tirelessly ever since to advance their practice, their students, the shag community, and the dance itself.
Teaching out of Dance Manhattan in NYC, Tony Fraser is a 17 year veteran of swing dancing, competition, coaching and teaching. He’s a best of breed technical instructor having taught workshops in shag, aerials, partner charleston and lindy all over world. He’s been on television many times and is an ALHC and US Open champion.
Jaime Shannon acquired her B.A. in dance from Hofstra University in 2006. Since then, she has established her professional modern dance career by performing throughout the northeast and Colorado with such companies as Lauren Hale Dance, HalloHallo, Dance Cat-Alyst, Kelley Donovan and Dancers, and the Bronx Opera Company. As a swing dancer, Jaime is an assistant instructor at Dance Manhattan, one of the most well known shag follows around the globe, and a master coach in partnering technique across all styles of swing dancing.
Join a fun group of people for a night of Swing Dancing and socializing. No partner or experience is necessary. We start off at 7:30pm with a short beginner lesson on a few of the basic steps of swing dancing. What are you waiting for - give it a try!
